Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website WearhouseMFG.com and the custom apparel printing services offered by Out Here Inspiring Others, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, doing business as Wearhouse MFG ("we," "us," or "our").
By submitting a quote request, placing an order, or otherwise engaging our services, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
Wearhouse MFG provides custom apparel printing services, including screen printing, heat transfers, vinyl application, and related decoration services. Services are offered through packaged options (Tee Box, Hoodie Box, Brand Box, Event Box) and custom quote requests.
All orders are subject to availability, production capacity, and our ability to source the requested blank garments. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
By submitting artwork, logos, images, designs, or any other creative content ("Artwork") to Wearhouse MFG, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the original creator of the Artwork, or you hold a valid license, written permission, or other legal right to use and reproduce the Artwork for commercial purposes
- The Artwork does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights of any third party
- You have the authority to grant us the right to reproduce the Artwork for the purpose of fulfilling your order
We expressly request proof of ownership or authorization for all submitted Artwork. Submission of a quote request constitutes your acknowledgment that we have made this request.
We do not verify the ownership of submitted Artwork. You assume full legal responsibility for any claims, damages, or liability arising from the reproduction of Artwork that infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse any order we believe may involve infringing material.
Proof Approval Process
Nothing goes to print until you approve the proof. This is a core commitment of our service.
Once your order is confirmed and your proof is prepared, you will receive a review link via Ashore, our proofing platform. Through this link you may:
- Review the proposed design, placement, sizing, and color
- Leave feedback requesting revisions
- Formally approve the proof to authorize production
Production will not begin until you submit a formal approval through the Ashore platform. By approving a proof, you confirm that the design is correct and authorize us to proceed with printing. We are not responsible for errors in approved proofs, including but not limited to spelling errors, color choices, or placement decisions that you have reviewed and approved.
If we do not receive proof approval or revision feedback within 14 calendar days of sending the proof link, we may close the order. A new quote request will be required to resume.
Minimum Orders & Quantities
All orders are subject to a minimum quantity of 12 units per order. Orders below this minimum will not be processed.
Packaged options (Tee Box, Hoodie Box, Brand Box, Event Box) have specific minimum quantities as outlined at the time of quoting. Mixed-product orders are subject to per-style minimums.
Pricing, Payment & Quotes
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Quotes provided through our website are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing by Wearhouse MFG.
Final pricing is confirmed after we review your artwork, quantity, product selection, and any add-ons. You will receive a final price and timeline before any production begins.
Payment terms are communicated with each confirmed order. We reserve the right to require a deposit before production commences.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before proof approval. Once you have approved a proof and production has begun, cancellations may be subject to a fee reflecting the cost of materials and labor incurred.
Refunds or reprints are available in the event of a production error on our part — that is, where the final product materially differs from an approved proof through no fault of the Customer. We do not issue refunds for customer-approved artwork errors.
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted to orders@WearhouseMFG.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Out Here Inspiring Others, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
